Holly Hodgson, LICSW
I view Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)as a way to connect people with the skills and strategies they need to build a life worth living. I enjoy using DBT because it is a structured treatment that shows results in mood management, improving relationships, and overall quality of life for my patients. I enjoy helping my clients find their strengths and reach their goals. Seeing positive results in my client's lives is the most rewarding part of therapy for me. It is a privilege to be a part of this life changing work. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Nicole York, LMHC
I view Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as a therapy that assists individuals with tools to effectively manage the different obstacles that life presents. I find individuals enjoy learning the DBT skills as ways to build their confidence, self-esteem and decreases the emotional and relationship chaos that has impacted their daily living. I enjoy having a structured set of tools that can assist individuals in meeting their goals and increasing the joy in their daily living. As a therapist it is rewarding to have individuals increasing their ability to use these skills and coming into appointments discussing the success they had or wanting to continue to build their tool box to continue to meet their personal goals of therapy.
